Snowflake is seeking a dynamic and motivated computer science intern to join our Marketing Operations team for exciting hands-on automation projects. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in scoping and mapping APIs, data mapping, and recipe documentation, contributing to the success of our automation initiatives for Marketing.

WHAT WE EXPECT :
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship

  • Desired Class Level: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program

  • Desired majors: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Required coursework: Strong interest in automation, integration, and API technologies.

  • Recommended coursework: Basic understanding of APIs and data mapping concepts.

  • Internship Cycle: Fall 2025 (Sept - Dec Duration)

  • Bonus Experience:

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Prior experience with Zapier, Workato, Automate.io or similar workflow automation platform

    • Proficiency in documenting technical processes and workflows.

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN / GAIN :
  • Experience and design of workflow automations

  • Learn and become proficient in multiple technologies within martech

  • Develop new 3rd party integrations which contribute to expanding the functionality of Marketing Operations

  • Gain an understanding of data flows within a marketing operations environment.

POSSIBLE TEAMS / WORK FOCUS AREAS :
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to analyze and document the Zoom Webinar and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) APIs.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and integration with other systems.

  • Create comprehensive documentation for Workato automation recipes and workflows.

  • Build a library of reusable automation components and best practices.

  • Create framework and documentation for workflow automation maintenance and upkeep through product lifecycle.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $23.00 - $31.00 per hour.

The successful candidate's starting hourly rate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; flexible spending & health savings account; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
