The CFO for Optum Financial s is a business leader for a high-growth, complex segment of UnitedHealth Group and Optum. The Optum Financial leader plays a critical role in supporting the business growth and profitability initiatives. The CFO for Optum Financial is a key senior level position responsible for driving growth, financial performance, strategic initiatives, business development and other key business priorities. The CFO for Optum Financial is responsible for the areas of consolidated financial planning and analysis including consolidated revenue, operating expenses (cost analysis and cost metric reporting) and earnings; strategic planning activities and other corporate activities including quarterly earnings, monthly business reporting, Board of Director reporting, investor conference activities etc. This position provides strategic finance leadership including partnering with the division and operations finance leaders, controllers, strategy, and product leaders as well as corporate shared service leaders to help drive the overall financial and business activities for the Optum Financial business.
