*Description*
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team for a company-wide upgrade to Windows 11. This role involves hands-on work with SCCM and Microsoft Intune, as well as familiarity with ticket management systems. The candidate will be responsible for unboxing, connecting, imaging, and transferring user data for approximately 300 PCs. This position requires close collaboration with the existing desktop support team to ensure timely project completion and provide general desktop support and maintenance as needed. *Key Responsibilities:* * Utilize SCCM and Microsoft Intune to image PCs and push software updates. * Efficiently transfer user data during PC upgrades. * Unbox, connect, image, and transfer user data for approximately 300 PCs as part of the Windows 11 upgrade. * Collaborate closely with the desktop support team to complete the project on schedule. * Provide general desktop support and maintenance as required. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the internal team. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of the project. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Adaptability to a collaborative, family-like work environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
