Financial Analyst

As a key member of our client's finance team, you will play an essential role in supporting cost center controlling and driving financial performance. This position focuses on the business and financial aspects of operations, including budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, and compliance. You'll contribute to accurate financial planning by preparing cost center and inventory analyses, ensuring transactions align with internal policies and external regulations, and providing timely financial reporting. In addition, you'll support operational needs through processing supplier invoices, managing purchase requisitions, and assisting with capital expenditures. Your ability to identify risks and opportunities will help inform strategic decision-making and ensure the team meets or exceeds its financial objectives.

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience also considered
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and supply chain operations
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to break down complex topics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in SAP for financial and operational tasks
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools

• Experience working in a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain-driven organization
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory valuation methods
