Overview BlueHalo is seeking the right candidate to join our Tailored Intel Solutions team as a Mission Support Specialist with unique opportunities to apply special technology solutions to real-world mission problems. This team is responsible for supporting capability development, managing unique customer expectations, evaluating and advising on technical threats, and conducting specialized capability training for our customers. Our team, located in Dulles, Virginia, integrates specialized mission capabilities into customer CONOPS, ensuring our solutions exceed evolving mission needs. This is a critical role that contributes to our customer capabilities, our company solutions, and our mission-first culture. You'd like to do this: The Mission Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing many aspects of customer coordination and execution of critical customer support including but not limited to, training, deliveries, phone support, and mission solutioning. This role helps to bridge the product teams with the customer end-users and maintains the high level of support and shaping the future of the capabilities we deliver. Specific experience and expertise in low-vis operations and tradecraft, understanding of Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS), Technical Signature Reduction, and familiar with Special Operations Command practices - including technologies, security, and organizational structure - are necessary for this role. The Mission Support Specialist will work closely with our teams of cyber security engineers, hardware/software developers, infrastructure specialists, leadership, and other operational technologists to bring your operational knowledge to bear and help shape our solutions to meet our customers' requirements. The Mission Support Specialist will also support testing our solutions through QA/QC processes, evaluating technologies, supporting integration with other technologies, and become the resident expert of these solutions. As required, you will work closely with customers to advise and support their Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) efforts for approvals of our solutions. SALARY RANGE: $120,000 to $140,000 The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
