We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Principal Program Manager. This role will oversee the technical program management function, ensuring successful program execution, process improvement, and team growth. It will support operational business rhythms, department processes, team project management, staffing, and budget planning. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): * Lead and grow the technical program management team, driving development of core hardware products and platforms for next-generation. Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. Salary Range
$210,000 - $235,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
