Description

The Sourcing and Onboarding Coordinator sources and presents qualified candidates for internal positions, and oversees the onboarding experience to ensure an exceptional new hire experience, while ensuring compliance with all federal/state/local guidelines and company policies.

Screen and monitor potential candidates based on experience and skillset.
Build relationships within the market or industry to source qualified candidates.
Partner with TA Partners to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidates, to determine the best fit for requisitions and organization.
Consistently check the sourcing and recruitment processes to ensure it aligns with a company's needs.
Track weekly sourcing efforts to meet Key Performance Metrics
Deliver an exceptional new hire experience by offering a superior level of customer service, while upholding quality standards throughout the pre-employment onboarding process. Execute comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company's values and culture.
Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms in accordance with company policy and federal/state regulations, while upholding data and HR integrity (Screenings, Onboarding Documents, Payroll Data, I-9).
Coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions to deliver an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies. Acting as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing their inquiries and issues, and overseeing their onboarding process.
Oversee the provisioning process and ordering equipment for new hires ensuring new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed.
Update personnel file documentation as requested.
Assist in long- and short-term projects cross departmental.
Monitor daily onboarding activities & EBU Learning Journey tracking for respected coverage area. Ensure all new hires achieve full compliance before their start date and possess all necessary resources for a successful placement on day one.
Search files, databases, or reference materials to obtain needed information.
Performs other duties as required.

The anticipated hourly wage for this position in the US is $ 20.00 to $22.00 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual hourly rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
