Flux Resources is seeking a Senior Engineer for one of our clients in Happy Valley, Oregon. This is a contract to hire opportunity with the goal for this candidate to be their long term. About our Client: Our client is a public drinking water utility serving the fastest growing community in Oregon. They're focused on meeting the future drinking water needs for the area through an innovative 20-year capital improvement program. They're looking for a Senior Engineer to join their team and lead that effort through planning, design, procurement and construction. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about water and wants to contribute to the success of essential public infrastructure projects. Position Overview: The Senior Engineer will lead our capital improvement program that includes the design and construction of a series of major transmission, storage, and pumping projects, along with a variety of replacement and resiliency projects. Desired Qualifications: The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in civil engineering, a thorough understanding of public water systems, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions for the organization and the community we serve.
