What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Innovate: Work with Patient Experience leadership and staff to develop, implement, and evaluate existing and new programs and operations.

  • Analyze and Optimize: Conduct market research and business case analyses to support program and department development and growth.

  • Represent: Serve as a patient experience representative for system initiatives, ensuring alignment with our mission.

  • Manage: Oversee various business functions of the Patient Experience department, including financial analysis, budgeting, supporting process and staff management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops and manages program goals, implementation plans, processes, staff and budgets

  • Ensures data collection, analysis and reporting occurs to ensure long-term success and growth of patient experience.

  • Develops systems for financial analysis, variance reporting, dashboards/benchmarking, budgeting to enhance efficiency and planning.

  • Evaluates and conducts market research regarding the development of new programs and services.

  • Completes business case analysis and return on investment for Patient Experience projects and programs as well as for additional staff due to process changes and/or growth.

  • Ensures initiatives are moving forward by managing team progress and quality productivity through activities to meet necessary milestones. This position is responsible for initiating and overseeing department program improvement projects.

  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS), GL policies and procedures, confidentiality standards practice guidelines, standards of care in partnership with leadership.

  • Fosters positive working relationships and promotes collaborative practice within the team and with other departments.

  • Oversees and executes process, metric, and communication practices of the department's operating model. Continuously improves and monitors program dashboards that are shared regularly with leadership and various staff.

  • Supports contract practices across Patient Experience.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or a related field

  • 3-4 years of experience in project/program management, program development and coordination; professional level work experience demonstrating project/program management skills; or related experience

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Teamwork: Ability to foster positive working relationships and promote collaborative practice.

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

  • 1.0 FTE

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday Days

  • Onsite in La Crosse, WI with travel as needed based on business needs
