Schedule:
30 hours per week. 4 days working, 1 day onsite (Monday or Tuesday). 3 days working from home. The Highlights:
The Part-Time Financial Aid Administrator as part of the OFA Operations team, is responsible for reviewing and processing award program reports, student applicant eligibility and verification, and reconciliation of state, federal and/or external loan and grant programs totaling more than $500M for up to 18,000 students per year. The administrator reports to the Associate Director of Operations and works independently to execute support processing for student application, student follow-ups, award claims, payment processing, and maintaining efficient procedures for processing and reconciling aid. This position will also be responsible for incorporating new regulations into the application and reconciliation process as needed and for collaborating with the OFA Student Services team to ensure efficient delivery of FA funds to students. The anticipated hiring range for this position is: $23.45 to $25.00 per hour.
The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
