Role: Salesforce DevOps BA

Job Level: Manager

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 5 to 6 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOps SFDC Sales Cloud and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work from home during day shifts and will not require travel. Experience in Finance and Accounting domains is a plus.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

* Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance.

* Provide technical expertise in Salesforce DevOps to streamline deployment processes.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SFDC Sales Cloud solutions.

* Ensure the configuration of Salesforce environments aligns with best practices and organizational standards.

* Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.

* Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

* Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for Salesforce development.

* Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities to provide innovative solutions.

* Work closely with the Finance and Accounting teams to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.

* Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:
Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.

* Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOps and deployment processes.

* Have in-depth knowledge of SFDC Sales Cloud and its functionalities.

* Show proficiency in SFDC Configuration and best practices.

* Experience in the Finance and Accounting domain is a plus.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

* Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.

* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Mandatory Certifications Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
