Salary: $96,800 - $121,000/yr. (Based on experience) Schedule: Flexible with a primary focus on day shift As a Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing projects from start to finish. Work alongside vendors, contractors, corporate teams, and plant staff to keep production efficient, on-time, and top quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple capital and improvement projects simultaneously Analyze and resolve complex mechanical and process issues Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery Utilize design software and process control systems Support plant operations by ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant setting Strong project management and problem-solving skills Proficiency in design software and process control systems Experience in a leadership role is highly preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Work across office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments Lift/move up to 75 pounds; occasional climbing, stooping, or crawling Exposure to hot/cold temps, loud noises, mechanical parts, and heighted areas PPE required; steel-toe footwear and company-provided uniform This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.
