Facilities Maintenance Technician

• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs and climb ladders.
• Capable of performing light carpentry and painting tasks.
• Stay updated on safety and code changes through seminars and education.
• Communicate effectively with owners, representatives, or supervisors about work performed and system status.
• Knowledge and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are required.
• Able to use tools like voltage testers and multi-meters to verify electrical current.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks, assist with other trades, and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
