to take your maintenance career to the next level? Advantage xPO is offering a direct hire opportunity for a Maintenance Technician in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role provides opportunities for growth and the chance to join a dynamic, supportive team.

Pay: $17 - $21 per hour

Shift: First

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations



Responsibilities:



  • Conduct daily checks and maintenance on facility equipment.
  • Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
  • Handle general building maintenance tasks such as painting and lighting replacement.
  • Maintain building grounds, including snow removal during winter months.
  • Collaborate with customers and managers to address work requests.
  • Ensure tenant spaces are properly maintained.
