Position Details

Pay Range: $31.71 - $37.87 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across various systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring building management systems (BMS) for alarms and taking corrective actions.
• Conducting daily inspections of critical spaces and addressing any irregularities.
• Managing work orders through digital systems, ensuring timely completion.
• Performing maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and kitchen equipment.
• Assisting with carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, and other structural improvements.
• Collaborating with vendors to troubleshoot and repair specialized equipment.
• Regularly inspect and maintain mechanical systems such as heat pumps, CRAC units, and standby generators.
• Respond promptly to work requests from building occupants and maintain detailed records of completed tasks.
• Prioritize safety while working with electrical panels, switchboards, and other high-risk equipment.
• Uphold the aesthetic quality of the property by addressing flooring, ceiling systems, and drywall repairs.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Internet applications.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, plumbing principles, and construction basics.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to carry a mobile device for communication during emergencies.
