 Responsibilities: 
  
   Sell current and new ad products and strategic initiatives
   Develop the strategies needed to help clients make informed decisions through a consultative sales approach
   Utilize forecasting and business analytical skills to take advantage of opportunities and to expand relationships
   Build relationships with agency and brand decision makers alike
   Develop, craft, and pitch client proposal and brand opportunities
   Work closely with internal teams to identify key strategies to maximize impact of clients' campaigns on the WebMD Health Network
   Work closely with sales support groups such as Sales Planning, Marketing Solutions, Traders, Business Intelligence, and others to increase close rate and maximum campaign performance
   Spearhead media activation strategies, delivering innovation
   Create an environment of collaboration, teamwork, learning, and sharing that can help drive success
   Digital savviness a must with a strong understanding of media tactics, new innovations, custom content, programmatic capabilities, data, and measurement Requirements: 
  
   Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
   3+ year of advertising experience
   Extensive client deal-making experience and a desire to aggressively "hunt" and develop new business
   Excels in an entrepreneurial sales environment with moderate supervision.
   Effectively blends the need to be a brand champion, a data expert, and a client consultant in order to maximize territory sales
   Excellent written and verbal skills, professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and enjoys working on a team Preferred: Travel: 
  
   Up to 30% - 50% travel required for customer meetings, conventions or exhibits, business review meetings, sales and other meetings. Comp range:
   112,500-125,000
