The Associate Client Director leads a team of Client Managers, ACMs and Analysts; guiding and coaching them to support clients to analyze data throughuse of NIQ tools and services,based on NIQ standards and service model to ensure clients are delivered insights on industries, markets and consumers so that they make informed business decisions. Responsible to drive NIQ's CS Industry Insights mission for their team through delivery of Thought Leadership and accountable for the on-target delivery of team KPIs. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analytics (junior and senior) associates successfully; guiding, coaching and developing teammembers; providing them with timely feedback and recognition on performance, to ensure the team demonstrates highstandards of performanceandprofessional competencies
- Own CS Industry Insights mission for his/ her team through delivery of Thought Leadership
- Ensure team delivers as per the relevant KPIs/ success metrics
- Partner closely with the CS Consultants to transform customer experience for all the clients of his/her team
- Drive Service Model and JBPs execution strongly
- Ensure all team members complete the Academy in time and with success, developing probing skills to identify and uncover the most important businessquestions for their clients & hold the team accountable for delivery of insights as per Academy learnings
- Continuously guide and coach his/her team in utilizing and visualizing the most relevant data for developing strategicallyimpactful presentations full of insights and proactiverecommendations
- Manage or guide his/ her team to manage 'clients' expectations' in project scoping, prioritization, time management and adhering to JBPpriorities
- Demonstrate and guide team on solid question probing skills to identify anduncover the most importantbusinessquestions for client(s)
- Lead generation: Display a full understanding of all NIQ portfolio of services and products as well as 'incremental offerings',and identify, create, and convert opportunities to incremental sales throughstrong client relationships &partnerships with Consultants
- Client briefing: In-market: Ensure the team receives client briefing as per the briefing form with all areas filled and client probing is done for clarity. Carry key accountability to client and hub that the team delivers fully completed (with quality inputs) briefing forms. - Proactively partner with necessary senior stakeholders to prevent potential roadblocks and toremove them whentheyarise
- Drive customer satisfaction, ensuring the team delivers thebest in classanalyses and relevant and impactfulinsights
- Be a bi-lingual (CPS+RMS) team leader,/ strategist:
- Demonstrate an everyday Consumer- driven marketing culture
- Probe and provoke clients to more business questions toanalyzeconsumer behavior
- Generate CPS Leads (upsell contracts, ad-hoc, CAS)
- Persuade win-back clients on NIQ's superior CPS proposition
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the CPG industryand/or related sales, category management, marketresearch
- Prior experience with NielsenIQ(or similar) solutionspreferred in analytics space, including POS/Paneldata
- Experience in leading or coaching teams
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English (some local jobs might require English)
- Digital savvy
- Fast learner of concepts/tools/analyses
- Display ability to incorporate deep industry knowledge and Thought Leadership into analyses
- Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating all NielsenIQ data sources that are relevant to the client(s) - i.e. RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc
- Proficiency in utilizing Discover and helping diminish/eliminate client concerns & roadblocks in order to drive usage
- Ability to coach others in data analyses and working with NielsenIQ tools
Additional Information
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $92,000-$120,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
