Job Summary
Assesses patient voice conditions by performing invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests to include, but not limited to, endoscopic, acoustic, aerodynamic and physiologic exams. Provides voice therapy to patients using evidence-based protocols. Routinely work with patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly, and develop customized treatment plans. Yes Essential Functions - Assesses patient voice conditions by performing invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests to include, but not limited to, endoscopic, acoustic, aerodynamic and physiologic exams. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. -Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. -Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and treatment plans. -Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. -Provide guidance and mentorship to junior speech pathologists and other healthcare professionals.
