Summary:
The Technical Quality Coordinator role is responsible for technical initiatives and standardization related to laboratory methodologies and processes across all NorDx sites. This role communicates and troubleshoots technical/quality issues, and assists with safety problems and inspections

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Associate's Degree in Medical Technology required. Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current certification as a technologist/technician by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP, BOR, NCA) required. Certification as a Generalist is preferred. Valid Driver's license required.
  3. Experience: Two years relevant laboratory experience required. In-depth knowledge of quality control and laboratory instrumentation required.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: May be asked to work at other sites/locations as needed.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
