OVERIVEW
Reports to the Director of Business Development & Product Marketing, overall responsibility of building strong & profitable brands. Increase market share supporting the value added portfolio expansion strategy.
POSITION STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES AND KEY DELIVERABLES
The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible to execute brand and market strategies, develop annual marketing plans & implementation to grow brand demand/ SOM. Evaluate results and adjust to accelerate growth.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Director of Business Development & Product Marketing in the expansion of brand strategy & develop annual marketing plans targeting consumer
- Work closely with advertising agency, oversee brand creative strategy and execution, aligned with established brand positioning
- Develop Brand briefs for agency to develop seasonal and evergreen brand campaigns
- Provide the lead to digital team to ensure alignment with brand strategy and collaborate on brand content creation
- Work with Digital team on website redesign and enhancements aligned with brand and latest practices
- Support on new product launches and packaging. This includes (packaging, artwork design, selling materials, trade presentations, product listings in retailers and POP materials)
- Work in various packaging development/revision artwork projects in collaboration with different departments (NPD, regulatory, legal, supply chain, purchasing) and insuring timelines are achieved
- Support the Director of Business Development & Product Marketing in developing marketing budget and maintain consumer budget ownership and accruals on a monthly basis
- Provide input and insights to Director of Business Development & Product Marketing to strengthen short and long term strategies
- Ensure that promotions, offerings, platforms and communication messages support brand's identity and are aligned with positioning; protect intellectual properties of all brands
- Work with Commercial Insight Team to analyze syndicated IRI information to develop strategies which support Director of Business Development & Product Marketing, Marketing and Business Development
- Market intelligence - become the expert on the competition and trends
- Understand consumers at the deepest level in order to drive successful tactical execution (awareness and conversion)
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Corporate Communications, Channel Marketing, Regulatory and Legal for materials approvals
- Keep pace with new channels/technologies to test, learn and amplify

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
