What you can expect to do:

1. Bank Account Management & Operations

  • Manage opening of corporate and project-specific bank accounts, ensuring proper signatories, services, and security measures.

  • Support the standardization of new bank account setup, including consistent documentation, services, and signatory protocols.

  • Maintain online banking access, user roles, and approvals (e.g., wire/ACH templates, transaction limits) to mitigate fraud risk and improve operational efficiency.

  • Initiate electronic payments for approvals based on the payment processing workflow.

  • Review bank activity for compliance with Ryan requirements.

  • Collaborate with accounts payable and cash receipts team on overall daily cash reporting.

2. Treasury Technology & Process Improvement

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in leveraging treasury management software or workstation functionality to automate payments and streamline reporting.

  • Evaluate and implement new bank technologies, platforms, and products (e.g., digital payments, real-time payments) to improve the cash cycle and support the Company's scalability.

  • Identify and document best practices around electronic payment processes, focusing on continuous improvement, fraud risk mitigation, and cross-functional adoption.

3. Internal Controls & Compliance

  • Assist with preparing and maintaining internal control documentation and schedules to support annual external audits and meet internal compliance requirements.

  • Administer ACH origination processes and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and rules.

  • Work closely with accounting and legal teams to coordinate compliance with KYC, AML, and other bank requirements.

Compensation:

The annual base pay is $67,000 to $90,000. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.

Additional Requirements

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of relevant treasury experience, preferably within Commercial Real Estate, Construction, or a similarly complex industry.
  • Demonstrated history in managing multiple bank relationships, complex cash flows, and high-volume transactions.

Certifications:

  • CPA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in treasury management systems, ERP platforms (e.g., JDE EnterpriseOne, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, or GTreasury), and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with cash forecasting tools, account analysis, and digital banking portals.
