About Accounting and Finance The Tolmar Accounting and Finance team is responsible for providing financial planning, reporting and controls, short- and long-term business strategy, investments, hedging, mergers and acquisitions, cash management, internal risk management, auditing, and accounting so that Tolmar can operate strategically and efficiently. Operationally, the Finance team provides monthly and quarterly financial reporting across Tolmar, assists in creating ad-hoc analyses for potential cost saving opportunities and investments, and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial metrics and performance to guide business decisions.
