Technical Writer *Shift: May Vary* *Pay: $65k/yr (Based on Experience)* We are looking for a Technical Writer to create manuals, technical instructions, bulletins, and other documents for our material lifting equipment. You will work with engineers and other teams to ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and follows company and industry standards. Job Description: Gather technical data from engineers and project managers to create accurate documentation. Ensure all documents meet customer needs, industry standards, and regulations. Write and maintain user manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting guides, and technical bulletins. Simplify complex technical information into clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Keep track of document versions and ensure consistency across all publications. Upload documents to ERP system (M2K) and MechWorks. Write and release updates as needed (ECNs) Create illustrations for documentation and source external resources if needed. Keep website manuals up to date and work with the Marketing Manager on updates. Help create technical video content.
