Position: E-Commerce Account Manager - B2B
Location: Irvine, CA - Hybrid
FLSA Status: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire
OVERVIEW:
A fast-growing manufacturer of compact electronic devices in Irvine is seeking an experirnced E-Commerce Account Manager to take the lead in expanding their B2B online sales, with a focus on platforms such as Amazon and Newegg Business.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this individual will be responsible for end-to-end account management-from sales planning and product listing optimization to inventory forecasting and promotional execution. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to drive revenue growth and operational excellence across key e-commerce channels.

3 years in B2B Amazon and Newegg experirnce required.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Develop and execute tailored B2B sales strategies for Amazon, Newegg Business, and other B2B e-commerce partners to grow online revenue and brand presence.
Optimize product listings (titles, images, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords) to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
Maintain and nurture relationships with category managers and buyers at key e-tailers.
Plan and manage pricing strategies, deal calendars, coupons, and other promotional activities in line with broader sales goals.
Forecast inventory needs in partnership with the logistics team to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent disruptions.
Oversee new product launches, including ASIN/SKU setup, packaging approval, and compliance checks.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product positioning, pricing, and category expansion.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to long-term strategic planning initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years in B2B e-commerce/e-tailer focused experience
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Newegg platform.
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
SEO/PPC knowledge is a plus.
