The Role Presidio is seeking a Marketing Manager who will oversee and coordinate all marketing activities for the Splunk Practice in partnership with Presidio Corporate Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will coordinate internal and external resources to execute effective digital marketing campaigns, manage content creation efforts, drive partner relationships including acquisition of marketing development funds, deliver meaningful data to highlight strengths and opportunities within our Marketing efforts, lead event planning, and work collaboratively to execute all Marketing needs for the Splunk practice within Presidio.

Travel Requirements:

In this role you will be expected to travel up to15%. It will be based in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid position - in office 2-3 days/week)

Responsibilities Include:



  • Marketing Content & Campaign Execution

    • Coordinate stakeholders and engineers to curate content for all mediums
    • Lead campaign execution for internal and external prospects
    • Serve as Project Manager and functional leader to ensure timely completion of all Marketing activities


  • Partnership Development

    • Build relationships with internal team members to drive successful Marketing outcomes
    • Create partnerships to drive event presence, thought leadership, and meaningful utilization of acquired marketing development funds


  • Measurement of Marketing Success

    • Deliver Executive presentations highlighting Marketing goals and success criteria incorporating real-time data against targets
    • Understand and execute on digital marketing KPIs resulting in revenue attainment
    • Financial acumen utilized effectively to map dollars spent to marketing/sales results




Required Skills and Professional Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field OR equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a breadth of Marketing activities with at least 3 years demonstrating a depth of expertise within digital marketing
  • At least 3 years' experience coordinating execution of project tasks by outside agencies or freelance resources
  • Experience leading and managing all aspects of Marketing projects such as schedule, milestones, budget, and quality
  • Data-driven communicator capable of setting, managing, and measuring Marketing-related KPIs
  • Experience providing Marketing enablement tools to non-Marketers
  • Creative mindset not only for Marketing materials and strategies but also for execution of priorities through various channels
  • Able to understand fundamental technical and business concepts for translation into marketing content and campaigns
  • Drives a bias to action for accountability measures such as on-time delivery with internal and external resources
