Program Manager

CGL is a provider of justice facility planning, design, and program management and maintenance solutions to justice facilities and other public facilities throughout the U.S. and internationally.

A Brief Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Manager to lead several projects across the Southeast-Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our project teams to ensure the successful delivery of each project. You will partner with the Senior Program Manager, Project Executive, and Project Director, and you will frequently be onsite to supervise daily operations.

What you will do

• Oversee project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare monthly control reports for the Owner.
• Identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Establish and manage quality control and work plans.
• Supervise project management staff.
• Negotiate change orders and update budgets as needed.
• Regularly visit project sites to ensure quality and progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety and minority business requirements.
• Review invoices and support bid document preparation.
• Manage project closeout and deliver necessary documents.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of project management experience required.
• Knowledge of construction codes and estimating.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and work well with others.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Compensation
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience.
