Location: Mt. Sterling, IL or Chesterfield, MO

Department: Digital Marketing

Reports To: Supplier Marketing Manager

Salary Range: $48,611 - $72,917 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As a Supplier Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with external and internal stakeholders in a variety of departments relating to marketing, technology, and e-commerce to ensure a superior user experience, drive engagement, and increase conversation. The position also performs a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Successfully coordinate, produce, and execute supplier marketing campaigns.
  • Speak confidently to supplier partners about the department value proposition and Dot's marketing programs.
  • Guides and prepares recommendations to suppliers around campaign strategy and program best practices.
  • Collaborate with external content contributors, writers, and stakeholders on strategy and content creation.
  • Interface directly with internal and 3rd party applications to execute marketing campaigns and ideas.
  • Monitor trends and best practices as it relates to marketing communications.
  • Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or comparable Dot Foods experience.
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proactive selling abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Intermediate skillset in Microsoft Excel.


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Experience in digital marketing, marketing, or communications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, or other languages
  • Experience with CRM platform Salesforce.


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Travel: Occasional overnight travel required with the ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plan or train for customer/vendor calls, training or meetings.
