The Role The Director, Global Critical Environment (C.E. Dir.) is a global leadership role supporting a diverse workforce and corporate initiatives. The C.E. Dir. provides global oversight of key facilities management processes and contractors as the Kyndryl SME for critical environments. The C.E. Dir. leads a team of C.E. experts globally that provide support to the regional facilities operations teams that deliver data center and facility management services globally. The C.E. Dir. may interact and provide advice and counsel to other internal Kyndryl leadership stakeholders and clients as Kyndryls critical environment risk-manager. What We Offer:
Compensation The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $146,040 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California: $160,680 to $332,760 Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320 New York City: $175,080 to $332,760 Washington: $160,680 to $305,160 Washington DC: $160,680 to $305,160 This position will be eligible for Kyndryls discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryls applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
