Department: Quality
Reports To: Director of Continuous Improvement
Salary Range: $62,113 to $93,169 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As a Lean Leader, you will positively contribute to the success of our business, partners, and employees, by leading problem-solving teams to identify and drive waste out of our processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Partner with assigned department leadership to build and execute project plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate problem solving activities to include Kaizen events, mappings, 8 step problem solving sessions, and workload improvement.
  • Develop others through training and coaching.
  • Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and other support departments to solve complex business problems holistically and sustainably.
  • Inspire others to continuously improve.


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dot Foods experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or problem-solving experience.
  • Meeting facilitation and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively present complex topics in a concise manner


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Lean Practitioner Certification
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Effectiveness in teaching and coaching others


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Travel 4-5 times per year for meetings. Must be able to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
  • Team-based role with collaboration in-person.
  • Full Time: Monday-Friday, with potential for flexing schedule occasionally to support project efforts.
