Scope of Position

The Director of Product Management is a high-level executive who oversees all aspects of product development within OSUWMC. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with business strategy and meets customer needs. This role involves formulating product strategies, managing product development teams, and ensuring the successful launch of new products.

Position Summary

The Director Product Manager determines and oversees delivery of the strategy and roadmap for their products to achieve business outcomes and financial objectives. Their responsibilities include coordinating with IT, business, and financial stakeholders to set priorities, managing new development and operations, and providing direction and oversight to product teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business administration or technical field or equivalent years of experience and 10 years of product management experience with a focus in healthcare. Experience increasing revenue through strategic feature additions. Proficient in selecting and leading strategic vendor relationships or acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partnerships. Proficient in communicating, building influence and developing relationships with functional and technical leaders across all levels in the organization. Proficient in utilizing deep market and industry knowledge to achieve strategic objectives. Product Manager certifications (e.g. SAFe Agile Product Manager Certification, AIPMMs Agile Certified Product Manager) desired.
