Key Responsibilities: Warm Welcome & Farewell
- Greet all members and guests with a genuine, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Open doors, assist with luggage, and provide a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Maintain a strong presence at the entrance, ensuring a welcoming and organized entryway.
Guest & Member Assistance
- Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and provide an overview of The Aster's offerings.
- Escort guests to their guest rooms providing them with an overview of the guest room amenities
- Offer assistance with packages, coats, and personal belongings.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful service without being intrusive.
Valet & Transportation Coordination
- Assist with arranging transportation, including valet requests, taxis, or ride-shares.
- Communicate with the valet team to ensure efficient vehicle retrieval.
- Provide directions or recommendations for local attractions as needed.
Security & Guest Flow Management
- Monitor entry points and ensure only authorized guests and members access the property.
- Work closely with security to maintain a discreet yet effective presence.
- Assist with managing guest flow during high-traffic periods and special events.
Club & Hotel Knowledge
- Stay informed about The Aster's events, amenities, and membership offerings to answer guest inquiries knowledgeably.
- Communicate with the valet and Club Hosts to provide seamless service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous hospitality or luxury service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and transport luggage and packages as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- A proactive and service-driven mindset.
Range is $27.50-$29
