*Description*
This project is working on-site in Monroe, NY. In this role, technicians will be running, pulling, and terminating Cat6 cable in a warehouse environments. This is working at night starting at 5pm and going to 1 PM *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair structured cabling systems in various environments. * Perform cable pathway installations (cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks, etc.). * Terminate, label, test, and troubleshoot optical fiber and copper installations. * Document network by labeling and routing equipment and cables. * Maintain safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations. *Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured cabling or related field. * Knowledge of industry standards including BICSI, ANSI, EIA/TIA, and local and National Electric Code. * Ability to work in different environments, from construction sites to finished corporate offices. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Skills* Cable, Technician, terminate, Pull, Cat5, Cat6, Cable Trays, Hand tools, BICSI, J-hooks, Cable Runways, Wire Management, Structured Cabling, Pull, Test, Terminate, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Technician, Trouble-shooting, Ladder Rack, Installation, Repairs, Blueprints, Fiber Optics, Color Codes, Conduit, Construction, *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
