*Description*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing cases and ensuring service requests are dispatched appropriately to the assigned branch. This role requires effective communication with colleagues, customers, and branches to resolve concerns, as well as maintaining accurate client data in our corporate database systems. Key Responsibilities: -Case Management: Manage and process cases, ensuring service requests are dispatched appropriately to the assigned branch. -Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and branches to resolve concerns. -Client Data Management: Enter and maintain new client set-up information and all client account data changes in corporate database systems. -National Accounts: Ensure all relevant tasks associated with National Accounts are completed following contractual obligations. -Salesforce Queue Management: Work in a queue within Salesforce to service requests by commercial customers for various pest control functions. Qualifications: -Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. -Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and other corporate database systems. -Customer Service: Experience in customer service or administrative support roles. *Skills* customer support, administrative support, data entry *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Must have Salesforce experience * 2-5 years of recent customer support, data entry, administrative support, or order entry experience. * Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. * Ability to keep information organized and confidential. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.35 - $17.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
