Job Description This individual will be responsible for providing executive administrative support to 3 SVPs of Raymond James Technology. They are high level executives so the importance of providing top-notch, quality service is extremely important. Responsibilities: 1. Provides the full spectrum of support to 2-3 SVPs within the Technology organization 2. Maintains confidentiality 3. Provides executive support including answering phones, assisting visitors, and resolving a range of administrative issues/inquiries 4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, lunches, interviews, appointments, or similar activities 5. Responsible for the procurement of office supplies and kitchen supplies including unpacking/backfilling supply cabinets 6. Assist with hoteling issues that may arise throughout the work area within the executive's organizations. This may include physically going to a workstation on the floor and troubleshooting an issue, reaching out to end user support teams for replacement equipment, etc 7. Submit expense reports weekly and reconcile AMEX accounts of executive team 8. Sort/Screen/Review incoming and outgoing mail 9. Build strong relationships internally with colleagues within the IT Admin Team and within the firm *Top Skills' Details* -8+ years of secretarial or executive administrative experience supporting SVP level to C level executives -Experience with financial services, investment management, or banking industry experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
