CNC Operator

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently to fabricate CLT panels and mass timber components.
• Follow CNC operational procedures, maintain product flow, and meet production schedules.
• Monitor machines for maintenance needs and perform calibration checks as required.
• Identify panel defects before milling and adjust toolpaths to optimize cuts.
• Accurately measure finished panels, review blueprints, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Maintain records in Zoho, label finished pieces correctly and communicate effectively with the team.
• Keep CNC machines, tools, and work areas clean while removing trimmings and replacing dull cutting tools.
