EP Lab

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the EP Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrophysiology and be capable of handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage patient ratios of up to 1:3 in holding.
• Handle an average daily census of 20-30 patients.
• Utilize SBAR communication for effective information exchange.
• Perform arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, and cardiac mapping.
• Circulate procedures and assist with LAA closure and pacemaker insertion.
• Conduct 12-lead EKGs and manage and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Perform sheath removals and monitor procedural sedation.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• RCIS certification is highly preferred.
• Availability for on-call duty 24 hours per month, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to discuss and agree on block schedule or other accommodations before signing.

• Local candidates are accepted.
• The hospital is a short-term care facility and a Level I trauma/teaching hospital.
• Total unit capacity includes 8 rooms and 9 beds.
• Scrubs are provided.
• Experience with EPIC/Merge/Pyxis charting systems is beneficial.
• A 3-month parking pass is available.
