Administrative Assistant We have a current full time position available Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime required at the end of month. Duties include but are not limited to: Bookkeeping Some accounting experience ideal but not required Daily deposit and data entry Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card payments Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders Review work orders for accuracy Back up cashier/phone reception Provide excellent customer service Applicant MUST: Be familiar with Excel Be able to handle multiple tasks Have excellent organizational skills Be an enthusiastic team player Be self-motivated Benefits: Competitive benefits package which includes Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Short and Long Term Disability 401(k) Plan Sec. 125 Cafeteria Plan Paid Holiday and Vacation Salary commensurate with experience Our group is dedicated to providing a rewarding work environment.
