THE POSITION

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for a professional Digital Asset Manager (Marketing Analyst 1). This position is responsible for managing the process and procedures for the procurement and usage of all digital assets for the Fine Wine & Good Spirits e-commerce site, developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments, and ensuring brand and accessibility standards are met. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As the Digital Asset Manager for the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Division you will be responsible for evaluating, approving, rejecting, and editing product images as necessary; providing guidance to improve the quality of images and maintain consistency with suppliers and vendors; ensuring the correct meta-data is assigned to all digital assets and meets accessibility standards; participating in testing of images to monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns; and collaborating with marketing team on image selection. This role is also responsible for managing acquisitions; quality and storage of digital images; monitoring and maintaining all images on FWGS.com; coordinating with other departments; and implementing and maintaining a digital asset management system for use by Fine Wine & Good Spirits digital marketing channel.


Candidates who excel in this role will have a strong background in photography and photo editing, especially with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Acrobat. Experience in managing digital asset libraries is advantageous, as is a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 4 days per week, with 1 day per week in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Successful completion of the PLCB Marketing Analyst Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) training program; or
  • One year of professional marketing, advertising, or merchandising experience and a bachelor's degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

  • You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
