Job DescriptionThe Director of Strategic Analytics will be responsible for partnering with senior Product Leaders to conduct performance monitoring and data-driven, consulting projects. This person will work closely with the Head of Issuing Solutions to evaluate new business opportunities, GTM strategies, and investment decisions. This individual will also be responsible for partnering with cross-functional team members (e.g., Data, Product, Sales, Technology, Client Services, Finance) to conduct ad-hoc analyses, develop scalable business routines, create data governance strategies, and drive cross-functional alignment. This is a critical position reporting to the Head of Issuing Solutions Strategy. This role requires strong data skills, structured problem solving, and excellent communication. This individual will be expected to lead large cross-functional engagements, handle multiple projects at the same time, manage and mentor junior employees, and present to senior audiences. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
