What is the opportunity?

You will work with internal teams, vendors, marketing and communications to help drive business through technology enhancements, new products and promotions. The role focuses on education and training of bankers, associate bankers, financial advisors, client associates and the support teams.

What will you do?

  • Manage change internally and externally with proper training and communications
  • Lead and facilitate training of internal teams
  • Help create marketing materials and communication plans
  • Provide and collect feedback on the applications and processes used
  • Collaborate to improve the systematic and operational processes

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 4 year degree from accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent and related experience
  • 5+ years' experience at a wealth management firm
  • Series 7 and 66 (or ability to attain in 60 days)
  • Strong project management & organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including being comfortable facilitating or speaking in front of large groups
  • Strong ability to ask critical questions, anticipate problems/future needs, and take ownership
  • Proven dedication to and focus on client service

Nice-to-have

  • 2+ years of financial advisor support and training experience
  • 2+ years designing and developing engaging eLearning content

New York:

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan. RBC's compensation philosophy and principles recognize the importance of a highly qualified global workforce and plays a critical role in attracting, engaging and retaining talent that:

  • Enables collective achievement of our strategic goals
  • Generates sustainable shareholder returns and above market shareholder value

Minnesota:

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $85,000 - $150,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
