Job Description

As part of the Global Visa Commercial Solutions Team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive marketing operations support, focusing on reporting, budget planning and management, marketing measurement, and case study development.

You will collaborate closely with the VCS Marketing Head and VCS Commercial Ops Head on all planning and reporting activities. Your ability to manage and analyze data, along with your strategic planning skills and sharp project management skills will be critical to your success.

This role offers the opportunity to interact with senior stakeholders, bring new ideas to fruition, and genuinely contribute to showcasing the overall business value of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing reports to track performance and provide insights.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Develop and maintain case studies to highlight successful marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Head on all planning and reporting activities.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and campaigns as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

2+ years of business experience (preferably B2B), in marketing operations, reporting, or budget management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and projects.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 95,200 to134,600 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
