About the Role:

In this opportunity you will:

  • Provide consultancy services to clients using ONESOURCE products including implementation, configuration, customization, testing, training and support
  • Be responsible for understanding business needs of customers and provide appropriate solutions by leveraging technical knowledge
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to internal teams as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting assistance for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination solutions.
  • Manage customer expectations and deliver services as per agreed service levels
  • Work closely with sales team on account strategy, pricing and delivery of projects
  • Contribute to the growth of the company through innovative ideas and a collaborative mindset
  • Foster long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to our customers
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to maintain expertise in indirect tax determination and ONESOURCE solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, documentation, and knowledge base articles to improve implementation and support processes.
  • Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to maintain and expand product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solutions consulting support as needed.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Thomson Reuters' footprint within existing customer accounts.

About You:

You're a fit for the role if you have:

  • Functionally proficient with enterprise-class tax automation solutions (ONESOURCE, Vertex, Avalara, CCH), including configuration, deployment, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of indirect tax automation principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and experience with 3rd party integrations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as implementation specialist, consultant, or support specialist, with a focus on tax automation technology or related solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues, analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to interact with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric focus.
  • Fluent English language skills required
  • Bachelor's degree is required

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
