  • Guide Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) through career progression, typically into sales roles.
  • Track, analyze, and continually optimize team performance using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and call listening software.
  • Manage each team member's pipeline like a sales funnel - identifying weak points and coaching strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with sales reps and managers to ensure smooth demo handoffs and follow-ups.
  • Implement industry best practices while experimenting with new strategies to maximize results.
  • Train and accelerate ramp-up time for new hires, providing ongoing coaching and development.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent to build a world-class team.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience leading a fast-paced lead generation team in a tech environment.
  • A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience working within a SaaS recurring revenue model.
  • A hands-on leadership approach - willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and demonstrate best practices.
  • Strong coaching methodology and a desire to help team members develop professionally.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to forecast accurately and articulate past forecasting results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS sales.
  • Knowledge of or experience in Public Relations.
  • Experience selling to midsize and large companies.
