You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their satisfaction while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic environment. Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $21/hr. Essential Tasks: Handle incoming communications to process sales and service orders while entering customer data into SAP and online databases. Assist customers by providing product and service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving order discrepancies. Manage inventory inquiries, confirm shipments, and place outbound calls to promote products and follow up on orders. Research and process return authorizations and service orders while coordinating with other departments to track shipments. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and perform additional duties as needed. Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
