Staffmark has partnered with an optical instruments manufacturing company in Cranston, RI, to fill a Customer Service Representative position. As a valued member of this company, you will be part of a team that values integrity, safety, and exceptional customer service. You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their satisfaction while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $21/hr.

Essential Tasks:



  • Handle incoming communications to process sales and service orders while entering customer data into SAP and online databases.
  • Assist customers by providing product and service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving order discrepancies.
  • Manage inventory inquiries, confirm shipments, and place outbound calls to promote products and follow up on orders.
  • Research and process return authorizations and service orders while coordinating with other departments to track shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and perform additional duties as needed.


Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
