Under the general supervision of the Director of Grants and Community Engagement the Transportation Specialist will provide transportation services to individuals needing behavioral health care from their homes, hospitals, and other various locations in Wayne County. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA'S):
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED LICENSE(S). A valid State of Michigan Chauffeurs or CDL Class A or B License with a safe and acceptable driving record. WORKING CONDITIONS: Employees in this classification must travel throughout Wayne County. Candidates will be required to travel to homes, community-based settings, hospitals, schools, courts, etc. Mobile Crisis Operations is a 24/7 unit. Candidates must be able to work a variety of shifts.
