Transformation Coordinator
As the Transformation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in facilitating the implementation of Arcwood's ambitious five-year Full Potential Plan (FPP). Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Transformation, this role combines operational coordination with strong analytical functions, ensuring that transformation workstreams are progressing on schedule, within scope, and delivering measurable outcomes. You will provide data-driven insights to track project performance, monitor key metrics, and guide decision-making, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Success in this role requires exceptional coordination and organizational abilities, clear and concise communication skills, and the capacity to build trust-driven relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, you must be proactive in leveraging the provided tools and resources to drive the success of transformation initiatives and ensure seamless execution across all workstreams.

Essential Functions & Requirements:



  • Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
  • Oversees the tracking and reporting of Full Potential Plan (FPP) initiatives, ensuring visibility into the status, progress, risks, and interdependencies across workstreams, while developing reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
  • Ensures timely reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, analyzing trends to provide insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes and align with organizational goals
  • Applies advanced decision-making tools and statistical analysis to identify operational opportunities, assisting workstream owners in prioritizing initiatives based on impact, resource availability, and strategic objectives
  • Serves as a primary troubleshooting resource, helping teams resolve roadblocks and ensuring continuous progress across workstreams by offering data-backed insights and collaborative solutions
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address inefficiencies, align transformation efforts, and ensure effective communication regarding deliverables, timelines, and resources
  • Promotes the adoption of operational best practices, embedding continuous improvement methodologies and ensuring consistency and standardization where appropriate
  • Researches and recommends new technologies or methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive competitive advantage, staying informed of industry trends
  • Acts as a role model for transformational change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and serving as a change agent to support teams in embracing new processes and methodologies
  • Takes initiative and acts independently to solve problems, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the success of transformation initiatives
  • Coaches and mentors new team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment focused on growth and improvement
  • Contributes to the evaluation and prioritization of future operational excellence initiatives, offering insights to support strategic decision-making and execution
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization


Education:



  • Bachelor's degree (required)


Experience:



  • 1+ year of experience in business analysis or operational support roles, with a focus on data analytics and process improvement (required)
  • Experience in supporting cross-functional teams and managing operational improvements or transformation initiatives (required)
  • Proven experience with data analysis, project performance reporting, and resource management (required)
  • Demonstrated experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and change management (preferred)
  • Experience in environmental industry or in industrial production and process industries (preferred)


Competencies:



  • Knowledge of project management / operational excellence methodologies and execution (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to eliminate obstacles and streamline processes, enhancing efficiency for workstream owners
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple workstreams or projects
  • Strong ability to work amongst cross-functional teams and collaborate appropriately
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and distill actionable insights
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Power Steering, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role
