Join a collaborative, fast-paced HRIS team where you'll contribute to systems innovation, data integrity, and HR analytics across the U.S. and Canada. We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Analyst who is eager to grow and make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do:

• Perform data entry, research, configuration, and reporting within the HR Information System (HRIS)
• Support HR functions including compensation, compliance, performance, and workforce analytics
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports to uncover key HR metrics and trends
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and integrations
• Train end-users and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
• Support HRIS project execution from planning to implementation
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices in system usage

What You Bring:

• Minimum high school diploma or international equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years' experience in HRIS or HR tech administration at an enterprise level
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with US labor laws; Canadian experience a plus
• Intermediate-level skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 20% in the US and Canada (including overnight)
• Ability to pass background checks and meet airport security requirements
