Program Overview:

FaSST/Connections provide Targeted Case Management services to families and singles that need mental health services within selected family and single shelters in the city of Philadelphia.

Position Overview:

As a member of the support team, the Clinical Data Entry Liaison is expected to assist and complete clerical and database duties of FaSST /Connections. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Clinical Data Entry Liaison must be highly skilled in typing, filing, and working with a team as well as have a willingness to learn and implement new systems to improve the operations of this fast paced Unit. The Clinical Data Entry Liaison coordinates all entry into data systems and ensures all databases carry the same matching data.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Have knowledge of all FaSST/Connections Billing and Filing duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, Email, Netsmart (Avatar) and Web Focus.
  • Understanding of and ability to competently use all office equipment including fax, scanner, and copier.
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast paced office environment.
  • The ability to handle a heavy workload and multitask effectively.
  • The ability to process vast amounts of paperwork and keep up with data management.
  • Strong effective communication and engagement skills.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Specific Duties:

  • Familiar with Targeted Case Management regulations.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely entry of documents on Flag list.
  • Receives, Scans and Processes all Authorizations, Deferrals and Discharges and alerts to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinates between Netsmart and Web Focus to ensure matching data.
  • Works cooperatively with the Operations Manager and RHD Billing Staff to resolve any consumer insurance issues.
  • Collects and maintains Staff Training Database.
  • Produces reports, letters, and correspondence as needed.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with Management and staff.
  • Provides the communication between the team for management of maintaining accurate caseload/census.
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned.

RHD employees working in programs within the City of Philadelphia are required to provide proof of Covid vaccination. If not fully vaccinated, they must receive at least one shot in a two -dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. Final doses must be received within 8 weeks of hire.

The Corporate Office is not a service location. Therefore, RHD has determined that vaccinations are not required to work out of or to visit the office. As a reminder and as stated in prior communication, vaccinations are required for those who visit or work in Philadelphia programs and/or service locations.
