Description Program Overview: FaSST/Connections provide Targeted Case Management services to families and singles that need mental health services within selected family and single shelters in the city of Philadelphia. Position Overview: As a member of the support team, the Clinical Data Entry Liaison is expected to assist and complete clerical and database duties of FaSST /Connections. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Clinical Data Entry Liaison must be highly skilled in typing, filing, and working with a team as well as have a willingness to learn and implement new systems to improve the operations of this fast paced Unit. The Clinical Data Entry Liaison coordinates all entry into data systems and ensures all databases carry the same matching data. Benefits of working for RHD FaSST Connections

Specific Duties:
If the position being applied to reports within the city of Philadelphia PA: RHD employees working in programs within the City of Philadelphia are required to provide proof of Covid vaccination. If not fully vaccinated, they must receive at least one shot in a two -dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts. Final doses must be received within 8 weeks of hire. RHD's vaccine requirements for the Corporate Office located at 4700 Wissahickon Avenue; Suite 126, Building A. Philadelphia, PA: The Corporate Office is not a service location. Therefore, RHD has determined that vaccinations are not required to work out of or to visit the office. As a reminder and as stated in prior communication, vaccinations are required for those who visit or work in Philadelphia programs and/or service locations.
