JOB TITLE: Associate - [JL8466868]

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to prepare marketing materials on financial software, financial data, GRC software and payments sectors, covering industry trends, key players, M&A trends, valuation trends, and financing developments. Requires a Master's degree in Finance, or related field or equivalent and one (1) year of experience working in investment banking, advising on M&A transactions, including buy and sell side and cross-border transactions, ECM transactions including, IPOs, follow-on offerings, structured equity products, mandatory convertibles and debt financing transactions, including investment grade and non-investment grade; preparing transaction materials, including teasers, memorandums, management presentations, and financial supplements; preparing financial models, including operating models, DCF models, LBO models, merger models, synergy models and financing models; leading key transaction document and term negotiations with clients and counterparties; preparing internal credit memorandums of financing transactions, including modeling financial impact, analyzing key operating and financial risk factors, and assessing potential credit risk; providing regular updates to clients on key trends, M&A developments, sector valuations, and key players; developing M&A strategy materials and preparing financial models of potential financial impact on clients; developing strategic materials assessing commercial and economic rationale of proposed M&A transactions; using Bloomberg, FactSet and CapitalIQ to obtain public company information for various analyses, and PitchBook, MergerMarket and Dealogic to obtain private financial data; and creating integrated models with specific codes of Bloomberg and FactSet for real-time updates of financial models. Salary range: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
