  • Align regional IFS Network strategy and activities with the global Network organization.
  • Oversee regional IT Network project management, operations and service delivery to ensure agreed upon commitments and service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Manage effective working relationships with other global and regional internal IT teams.
  • Operate, monitor & secure the regional Network services (e.g. SDWAN, WIFI, Firewalls etc.).
  • Manage third-party IT providers and ensure their effective delivery of IT services.
  • Ensure regional Network team maintains compliance with all corporate directives, ethics and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or comparable fields. Master's Degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of network architecture (IT and OT).
  • Must have proficient knowledge of networking components of the vendors Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5 and Ipanema.
  • Advanced knowledge in planning, implementation and operation in every technology stack: local area networks, wireless networks, wide area networks, cloud networking, firewalls, VPN concentrators, intrusion detection/prevention systems, web proxies, reverse proxy, load balancers.
  • Must have proficient knowledge of network monitoring and configuration/programming tools.
  • Basic knowledge in IT Security.

Business Process Knowledge

  • Advanced understanding of IT-processes (ITIL).

Project Management

  • Able to manage small tomedium size network projects. Capable to represent "Network Services" as team member in cross functional projects (e.g. M&A).

Leadership Skills

  • Proficient leadership skills in technical domain (e.g. infrastructure) being able to manage service providers, vendors and external partners.
  • Solution and service orientated with superior problem-solving skills and the ability to think and act quickly.
  • Occasional domestic travel (approximately 20 percent of the time) may be required.
  • This is a HYBRID role with the expectation that the candidate will be on site in the Pittsburgh office threedays per week each week.
